- This position in the Valuation Advisory & Risk Solutions (VARS) department is an integral member of a team that provides valuations as a service to a client base the includes investment managers, depository institutions, and lenders.
- Asset classes covered include residential whole loans, consumer whole loans, structured finance securities, and other related fixed income assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required
- Zero to three years of relevant experience in valuations, investments, or related roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including strong skills in Excel
- At any time, employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and participate in additional trainings.
- Works with colleagues to produce valuation analyses for clients as needed with a high degree of competency, integrity, and customer service
Nice to have
- Coursework or industry experience in data analysis or programming languages preferred
