Responsibilities

  • Manage formula workstream for multiple projects with cross functional team as key project team member
  • Plans, implements and evaluates formulation prototypes using standard scientific methods (i.e. statement of purpose, documented procedure, interpretation of results and conclusion).
  • Working knowledge of ingredients, formulation, process and product design principles

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $59,300 to $88,900.

  • Outside of R&D the role involves interaction with cross functional partners such as Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Artwork Excellence, and Quality.
  • The role will closely partner with the Global Deodorants Technology Center in Leeds to leverage Unilever's strengths in science and technology and apply them to win in the U.S. market.
