Responsibilities
- Experience using Maximo to manage work orders.
- Our mission is to deliver an airport experience where people and our planet come first.
- Inspects furniture; reports damaged and missing furniture; maintains a furniture inventory; arranges for repair of furniture.
- Makes recommendations and implements solutions regarding specifications for new facilities or for changes to present facilities as they affect Custodial operations and guest services.
- Develops and implements sustainability initiatives and programs.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent (G.E.D. or High School Proficiency Examination)
- Experience in Airport operations including the ability to forecast downstream impacts from custodial issues.
- Experience working on multiple, complex, and concurrent initiatives.
- Experience identifying operational impacts caused by disruptions and share findings with stakeholders.
- Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving operational issues or problems within a unit/division

Compensation
- $96,200 - $117,000
