Responsibilities
- Billing Support: Collect patient billing information and assist with pre-billing activities.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Weekend availability is required
Nice to have
- 2 years of transportation dispatch experience (EMS dispatch preferred)
- Strong geographical knowledge of service areas
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in typing (40-45 WPM) and data entry experience
- Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software

Compensation
- $19k-$22k
