Salary Range: $117,000.00 - $153,000.00 What's the role?

A thoughtful problem solver who connects business priorities, people strategies, and data to drive effective outcomes
Building trusted relationships with leaders, providing guidance on people topics while balancing business needs with employee experience
Partnering with Recruiting and cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning and headcount management
Using data and insights to identify trends and inform recommendations, with support as needed
As an HR Business Partner primarily supporting our Product and Engineering teams, you'll play a key role in partnering with leaders to drive people strategies that enable business success.
You'll work closely with managers and leaders, providing thoughtful guidance on a wide range of people topics while helping to build engaged, high-performing teams.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, HR Business Partners for Product and Engineering.
We operate as thought partners, working side-by-side with leaders to understand business context and solve real challenges.
The team values ownership and follow-through which means we trust each other to take the lead and deliver high-impact work.
We share knowledge openly, give direct and constructive feedback, and actively support each other's development. There's a strong sense of collaboration and flexibility and we step in where needed and navigate ambiguity together.

3-6+ years of experience in HR, with experience in HR Business Partnering or similar roles

$117,000.00 - $153,000.00
