  • This position is the dedicated advisor for a number of GSA clients, managing those client relationships and providing personal financial strategies to meet their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual goals and support the achievement of group goals associated with the growth and retention of assets and revenue for GuideStone:
  • Drive continuous improvement of quality and/or efficiency in systems, processes and client service.
  • Support strategic initiatives/projects and contribute to thought leadership and training efforts.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by leadership.
  • This position will support the work of the department by providing strategies and services in a manner that increases the perceived value of GuideStone as the premier provider of financial strategies to those we serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relationship management, financial advice or other financial services sales and client delivery experience.
  • Securities 6, 63, and 65 licenses required (or equivalents).
  • Knowledge and experience in financial advisory areas.
  • Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters, both internal and client.
  • Maintain proficiency in relevant disciplines associated with the department's goals and objectives.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree, preferred.
  • CFP, CEBS or related certifications preferred.
  • Membership in a Southern Baptist Church strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • Travel is required up to 10% annually.
