Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), sample handling, and chain-of-custody procedures.

Experience in environmental compliance, wastewater treatment, industrial water sampling, or field services.
Familiarity with vessel environmental regulations, including VGP, IMO, ballast water, or related programs.
Experience working in industrial facilities, terminals, shipyards, refineries, power plants, or utility operations.
Experience performing field sampling, equipment inspections, sensor calibration, or emissions testing.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new testing and inspection procedures.
Previous maritime, military, Coast Guard, merchant marine, or port operations experience.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemistry, engineering technology, marine transportation, or a related technical field.
