About the role

  • The X-37B OTV is the United States' most advanced, state-of-the-art reentry space craft.
  • NASA Access: This position requires the ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • More than 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
  • More than 1 year of experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Experience with project management

Compensation

  • $90,950 - $123,050
  • $111,350 - $150,650
  • Summary pay range Experienced Level 3: $90,950 - $123,050
  • Summary pay range Senior Level 4: $111,350 - $150,650

  • Experienced Level 3:
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
  • Senior Level 4:
  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
  • Works under minimal direction
  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
  • The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
  • This position is for 1st shift however, candidates must be willing to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.
