Responsibilities
- Chime Engineering is growing rapidly as we scale to support the financial needs of our members.
- Build and iterate on APIs and UI components that deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience in Chime's mobile app
- Partner with product, design, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand member needs, define experiments, and ship solutions that move key membership metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
- Proficiency with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, React Native, or TypeScript-based frameworks)

Compensation
- The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $164,000 and up to $227,000.
