  • Kodiak is seeking an experienced Senior Product Analyst to provide actionable insights that directly shape product development and customer-facing outcomes for commercially-deployed driverless trucks.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional partners to understand root causes, derive insights and actionable recommendations, and define next steps.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to design and evaluate experiments (e.g., feature rollouts, A/B tests).
  • Collaborate with other members of the Data team to improve tracking, instrumentation, and data pipelines.
  • Build dashboards and reports to give Product and Engineering teams visibility into performance trends.
  • Support executive and board-level discussions with product insights and customer impact metrics.
  • Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • As a member of the Data team in the Product organization, you will partner with Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, and Operations to define success metrics, analyze system and product performance, interpret underlying drivers and root causes, and work across teams to translate findings into actions that accelerate product improvement and reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics in high-growth tech environments

Skills

  • Skilled at translating complex data into narratives that influence product direction and decision-making
  • Degree in data analytics or data science, or equivalent work experience
  • Competitive compensation package including equity and biannual bonuses

Compensation

  • California Pay Range
  • $150,000 - $170,000 USD
