Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience in Epitaxy (Epi), thin film / deposition processes (e.g., CVD, ALD, diffusion) or related semiconductor wafer processing technologies
- Experience in semiconductor device manufacturing, process development, or capital equipment industry
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems, including managing customer escalations and driving root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Experience supporting NPI, process qualification, or technology transfer activities at customer sites
- Experience working directly with key semiconductor accounts (e.g., Samsung, SK hynix)
- Hands-on experience with Epi / thin film / diffusion deposition systems
- Experience leading NPI programs or customer technology evaluations
- Ph.D. with 4-8+ years of relevant industry experience, or Master's degree with 7-10+ years of relevant industry experience

- Monitor equipment performance and ensure alignment with customer specifications
- Understand customer technology roadmaps and align ASM solutions with future node requirements
