Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Operational Support
- Support investment data consumers by providing timely analysis, issue resolution, and operational insights.
- Develop meaningful metrics, reporting, and dashboards to measure operational performance and effectiveness.
- Document processes, workflows, control procedures, and business requirements.
- Project Coordination & Change Support
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items, and support follow-through on commitments.
- Partner with business and technology teams to support implementation readiness and operational transitions.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience analyzing investment data, operational processes, or business workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration tools, including AI tools
- Knowledge of investment data domains such as securities, reference data, market data, pricing, benchmarks, entities, or holdings.
- Experience supporting projects, change initiatives, or process improvement efforts.
- Familiarity with Agile, project management, or business analysis practices.
- Experience utilizing SQL, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, or related analytical tools.
