Requirements

  • Possess a working knowledge of how the equipment works.
  • The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Required to reach with hands and arms repetitively.
  • Must be able to push and pull heavy items with or without the assistant of equipment on occasion.

Nice to have

  • Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
  • Report all near hits, incidents, and any safety concerns.
  • Ensure that cases /trays are constantly supplied to the packaging equipment.
  • Assist with line rework.
  • Know basic operation of pack room equipment and the ability to start, stop and clear stoppages for the packaging equipment.
  • Assist in the bulking process.
  • W ork in the freezer making totes, cleaning up potato debris and assisting the tote room driver with general duties.
  • Know and follow all lock out/tag out procedures for assigned work area.

  • This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables.
  • Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's work location, job duties, experience and expertise.
  • A reasonable hourly estimate for this role is listed below.
  • Pay Rate or Range: $22,52
