Maintains customer satisfaction while balancing financial goals.
Leads the execution efforts of assigned business.
Recommends and supports staffing requirements for the assigned business.
Implements plans to comply, and monitors standards for HVAC operations.
Drives service and installation operational review meetings, reviewing bids and estimates for accuracy.
Performs other managerial responsibilities, i.e., performance reviews and acquisitions consistent with established business strategy.

What we look for Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent working experience.
Three (3) years of experience in management role with responsibility for the productivity and development of others.

$91,200-136,950 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
