At least 4+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on commercial strategy and execution
Strong expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics and Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high creative IQ and the ability to think outside the box
Strong collaboration and teaming abilities, with a proven track record of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in a consulting context
