About the role

Conduct feasibility assessments of automation opportunities.
Follow best practices for maintainability, security, and version control.
Collaboration & Governance Work with project managers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery.

Automation Design & Development Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
Create reusable components, automation frameworks, and libraries for scalable automation delivery.
Process Analysis & Documentation Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture business processes and convert them into detailed technical requirements.
Prepare and maintain PDDs (Process Design Documents), SDDs (Solution Design Documents), and deployment documentation.
Testing, Deployment & Optimization Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure stable and efficient automations.
Monitor and troubleshoot production bots; implement fixes and enhancements as needed.
Manage robot scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance within UiPath Orchestrator.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath.
Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Must have a DOD clearance or be able to obtain one.

UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer, Advanced Developer, or Solutions Architect).
Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies such as Document Understanding or AI/ML features.
Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Background in business process optimization or process re-engineering.
Soft Skills Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and reliability.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
