About the role

  • Act as the primary interface between Business, IT, Architecture, and Delivery teams.
  • Influence long-term CRM ecosystem strategy including integrations, AI enablement, and data activation.
  • Provide functional and technical oversight of CRM configurations, customizations, and UX development.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in CRM or related Customer Engagement processes.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise IT product ownership or CRM platform leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, preferably Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Veeva CRM/Vault or global life sciences CRM platforms.
  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience delivering global CRM implementations at scale.
  • Understanding of Data Cloud / Data360, customer data platforms, or enterprise data activation.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled workflows, automation, or digital agents (Agentforce experience desirable).
  • Experience shaping intelligent, data-driven customer engagement ecosystems.
  • Experience with enterprise integration technologies (MuleSoft, SnapLogic or similar).
  • Experience with CI/CD and Agile delivery methodologies.

Compensation

  • The annual base pay for this position ranges from $165,000 to $248,000.
