Job Responsibilities: Job Profile: The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology services to ensure reliable and secure business operations.

Provide oversight and support for IT systems, services, and overall technology environment.
Provide oversight and support for systems backups and disaster recovery operations.
Guide and support troubleshooting activities across systems, applications, and end-user services.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes and service delivery.
Develop and maintain high-level documentation, standards, and best practices.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to support system operations and service delivery.
Support organizational priorities through cross-functional collaboration and leadership in IT initiatives.
This role provides technical expertise, resolves complex issues, and partners with stakeholders to implement technology solutions that support organizational objectives and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Support compliance, audit, and security requirements.

Cisco CCNA certification required.
Minimum 10 years of related experience in a large and complex environment is required, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
Proficiency with virtualization technologies (VMware, VDI, HyperV).
Previous helpdesk and troubleshooting experience required.
Previous experience managing Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backups, patches, security and email systems.
Experience supporting enterprise applications (e.g., AS/400, Microsoft 365).
Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
Immediate, open position
$90,000 - $125,000 annual compensation
College diploma in relevant Information Technology field.
Strong background in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
Networking experience - LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VLANs.
Ability to support VMware and VDI environments including other virtualization software.
