About the role

The Quality Superintendent provides overall leadership to ensure the quality process is implemented to meet the project schedule and to meet all company and owner standards.
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
Set the tone for quality process throughout the construction process, from preconstruction to closeout

Ensure quality processes are executed in the field to validate proper installation of materials and systems.
Perform field inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Two-year associates or four-year degree in an accredited construction related curriculum (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or experience equivalent to a four-year degree.
Two to three years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or five to seven years of construction related experience.
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, and other specialized equipment as jobs require.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g. Procure, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge/Skills
