About the role
- Capturing the friendships, the energy, and the impact our programs have on every child, youth, and family we serve.
- This is a high-energy, high-output role for someone who genuinely loves being around people and comes alive in front of a camera.
Responsibilities
- You'll create the raw content that fuels our advertising, social media, and brand - working closely with our Head of Growth and Marketing Team to support campaigns, tell our story, and bring more families into our programs and community.
- program highlights, registration moments, facility energy, seasonal campaigns Recruit parents and kids for content on the spot (release forms handled via registration) Feed raw footage to the editing team on a weekly schedule Appear as the recurring on-camera personality in paid ads Collaborate with Head of Growth on monthly content calendars mapped to registration windows This is an on-camera talent position.
