Responsibilities
- Proven experience in developing innovative Customer Service initiatives
Requirements
- Knowledge of plumbing parts and service is required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing parts, systems, and installation processes
- Experience supporting finished goods, including decorative plumbing products (faucets, fixtures, trims, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, parts breakdowns, and component diagrams
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
- This role requires strong technical knowledge of plumbing components, the ability to troubleshoot installation issues, and a customer-first mindset to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Compensation
- 50-55k (Salary + 4% PSP)
- Please note: The total compensation range posted for this role represents the total compensation opportunity, which may include base wage, bonuses, commissions, and/or other monetary components, if applicable.
