Responsibilities

  • The interested candidate should be able to create programs based on their God-given abilities while considering the needs of the community youth they are serving.
  • Relationship building capabilities are essential to this position.
  • Responsibilities include creative programming, team work and team building, personal/professional development, administrative tasks, and creating a support base of ministry partners who will financially support you in this ministry.

Compensation

  • The salary of this position is determined on a scale based on education and experience, and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the development of a ministry partnership team.
  • Attend meetings: regular supervisory meetings, monthly satellite staff meetings, bi-monthly chapter wide staff meetings, and annual retreats/conferences
