  • The Pod Group is partnering with this organization to place an energetic, highly motivated, and hands-on leader to fulfill the role of the Human Resources Manager.
  • WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS ๐Ÿ” Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Human Resources Manager provides leadership in all aspects of human resources within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • The key to success as the individual proactively leads the Human Resources function.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership and Operations Teams to provide support for initiatives including Performance Management, Labour & Employee Relations, Compensation, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Employee Training and Development, etc. with an emphasis on building a positive and engaged employee experience.
  • Coordinate, manage and participate in recruitment and selection focused on attracting top talent to the organization.

Requirements

  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING ๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related field required.

Compensation

  • $75,000 to $85,000 CAD Annually Vacancy: Current Opening
