- 10 years' experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
- 10 years' experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks

- Modern Management within Intune
- Mobile Device Management within Intune
- Exchange Online
- 6 - 10 years' experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
- Experience with designing and implementing Office 365 tenant
- Experience with designing and Implementing Mobile and device management within Intune
- Experience in designing and implementing Exchange Online
- Face-to-face customer engagement skills
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
