About the role
- This role translates enterprise, campaign, and integrated planning strategies into clear, audience-driven content approaches across social media, blog content, newsletters, print, and other owned content channels.
- In a Hybrid-Flex role, you'll work in the office at least two days a week for collaboration and connection.
- In a Remote Flex role, you'll work virtually, with a few in-office visits each year for meaningful moments that matter.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead social media-led content strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion, with a strong focus on influencing sales and business outcomes
- Lead social content direction across organic and paid channels, ensuring alignment with broader owned channels (web, email, print, etc.)
- Partner with demand generation to align paid social targeting, messaging, and strategy
- Serve as the content strategy lead within cross-functional teams to embed content early in planning and execution, collaborating with b rand, communication, creative and marketing partners
- Develop clear, strategic creative briefs and guide execution across internal teams and agency partners
- Create and contribute to social-first content, including graphics and videos with the ability to concept, script, produce and participate as on-camera talent as neede d
- Manage editorial calendars, identify content gaps, and support workflow execution using tools like SproutSocial
- Track and optimize performance, leveraging data and insights to continuously refine content strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
- Experience working with content creation software such as C anva or C apCut

Compensation
- Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.
- Based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance.
- $81,068.00 - $129,708.00
