Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Prioritize and manage multiple calendars to ensure time efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality while ensuring organization and security around confidential data and files.
- Own the planning, organizing, and execution of company events for our 115+ person team, host online and in-person team-building activities, and act as the point person for corporate meetings.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of terms, invoicing, and performance tracking.
- Work with People Team members to create delightful candidate and employee experiences, including scheduling, welcoming, and follow-up communications.
- Manage Executive Team goals and waterfall goals for their teams to ensure transparency and tracking across Skimmer
- Takes a strategic view to operational projects with detailed filing, project management, and document tracking
- Complex scheduling and calendar management experience- strong use of tools to optimize and streamline scheduling.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, Project/Events Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, tech-focused, high growth environment.
- Comfort with supporting multiple executives with different asks across a leadership team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with 75+ person event management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- You are a person who "knows everything" and is always able to help.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Notion, Asana, Trello).
- Experience working in the SaaS or tech industry preferred.
- Previous experience in managing swag and event coordination.
