- Strong operator: you build pipelines, not wait for them
- Own technical hiring end-to-end.

Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting in fast-growing startups
- Proven track record closing high-quality engineering talent
Compensation
- OTE for this role is $175-250k Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
