About the role

Babilou Family US is thrilled to announce the opening of our next early childhood education school in Boston, MA, launching in Fall 2026.
Our new school will be located in the heart of Harvard's Enterprise Research Center (ERC), One Milestone-placing high-quality early learning at the center of a world-renowned innovation district.
This new school on the Harvard Campus will be the latest addition to our school family and serve as our flagship location.

Lead classroom organization and routines that promote environmental responsibility, mindful material use, and stewardship habits.
Deliver consistently high‑quality lessons aligned with curriculum and sustainability goals
Support each child's developmental needs, using observation and documentation to guide instruction and promote holistic growth.
Document observations for 100 percent of assigned children each month
Build strong, trusting relationships with families through consistent, professional, and sustainability‑minded communication practices.
Serve as a Mandated Reporter in accordance with state law, maintaining full responsibility to recognize, document, and immediately report any suspected child abuse, neglect, or endangerment.
Maintain strong family satisfaction feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen classroom systems, curriculum implementation, and the school's sustainability initiatives.
Coach and support Assistant Teachers in instructional practices and environmentally responsible classroom routines.
Demonstrate consistent collaboration and support for classroom team members

Must pass required state and company background checks.
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
Ability to lift up to 50pounds multiple times a day.

EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review (for roles requiring EEC Certification).
