Responsibilities
- Work independently under the direction of the Practice Director, Development and Improvement to manage and lead the coordinated activities of the F&MCW Administrative Fellowship program.
- Lead improvement and change activities in alignment of strategic, cross-functional efforts.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for A dministrative F ellows.
- Develop and maintain pipeline of post-fellowship job opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum Required Experience: 8 years
- Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.
- Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Education: Master's degree
- Preferred Experience: Excel experience. Staff Supervision experience. Prior experience with formal leadership development programs and/or Administrative Fellowship programs strongly preferred.
- Physical Requirements
- Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
- Work Environment
- Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
- Sensory Acuity
- Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
Nice to have
- Preferred Experience: Excel experience.
- Prior experience with formal leadership development programs and/or Administrative Fellowship programs strongly preferred.
Skills
- Ensure compliance with regulat ory and institutional policies.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data.
- Coordinate the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive databases an d files related to the program.

- Ensure program data and progress are reporte d to program stakeholders.
- Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession or area of research.
