About the role
- The ideal candidate has experience supporting contract administration within a manufacturing, technology, or hardware environment and is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Essential Responsibilities Administer the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and archiving contracts.
- Coordinate contract review and approval workflows with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Legal.
Responsibilities
- AMAX is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of commercial, customer, supplier, and vendor contracts.
- Prepare and manage customer agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, purchase agreements, statements of work (SOWs), master service agreements (MSAs), amendments, and change orders.
- Maintain an organized electronic contract repository and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve contract management processes and documentation standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested contract documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Support supplier onboarding and customer onboarding by ensuring required contractual documentation is complete.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract terminology, commercial agreements, and contract lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting OEM, server, hardware, AI infrastructure, or electronics manufacturing organizations.
- Familiarity with supplier agreements, customer sales contracts, and government or enterprise procurement processes.
