Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IEPs, lesson plans, and instructional strategies tailored to each student's individual goals
- Maintain accurate documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, and evaluation summaries
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and families to support student progress and consistency across settings
- Manage classroom structure and implement behavior support strategies to promote positive outcomes
