About the role
- Executive Assistant - Vice President, Worldwide Customer Service Organization (WW CSO)
- The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed global environment and will be comfortable working across functions, cultures, organizational levels, and time zones.
- This is a hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage a highly complex, multi-time-zone executive calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, leadership commitments, and customer-facing activities.
- Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts, shifting priorities, critical deadlines, and preparation needs to optimize executive effectiveness.
- Manage and reconcile travel and expense reports accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective logistics and a high-quality experience.
- Build strong relationships across global teams, functions, and the executive assistant network.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting VP-level, C-suite, or equivalent senior executives, preferably in a global, matrixed organization.
- Must possess a valid current U.S. passport and be able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot or comparable AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and take appropriate action with limited direction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, high-volume workflows, and confidential matters with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong business judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and demonstrated professionalism.
- Strong track record of building trusted relationships and working effectively with senior leaders and diverse global stakeholders.

Compensation
- This position will require both domestic and international travel approximately four times annually.
