Responsibilities
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support
- Manage rosters and maintain attendance records.
- Maintains regular communication with centering participants
Requirements
- Applicants may be required to furnish proof of vaccination.
Compensation
- $77,313.60 - $115,980.80 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
- Collects and reports annual data to meet CHI requirements
- Designs and develops annual in-service trainings with Maternal CareCenter team.
Benefits
- Leads and collaborates with the Maternal Care Center's interdisciplinary team towards achieving the goals of the Centering Healthcare Institute for Centering Pregnancy
- Conducts participant orientation and provide education regarding the Centering Pregnancy model of care.
- Leads the groups in discussion and interactive activities on topics including attachment, safe sleep, breastfeeding, nutrition, interconnection health, mindfulness and family dynamics.
- Develops and implements curriculum for Centering sessions including pregnancy, labor and delivery, recovery, newborn care, breast feeding and health promotion.
- Collaborates with Medical Director and Medical staff to ensure program requirements are met.
