About the role
- The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations on commercial construction and renovation projects supporting Nimble's robotic fulfillment facilities.
- This role serves as the primary on-site leader, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily construction activities on job sites.
- Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and final project closeout activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading field crews or serving as a foreman.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and building systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in active construction environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center construction.
- Experience supporting automation or robotics installations.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
- Mechanical, electrical, or industrial construction experience is a plus.

- Projects delivered safely, on time, and within scope.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $105,000/year.
- In addition to cash compensation, this position will also receive generous equity for this position.
