About the role

  • The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations on commercial construction and renovation projects supporting Nimble's robotic fulfillment facilities.
  • This role serves as the primary on-site leader, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily construction activities on job sites.
  • Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and final project closeout activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading field crews or serving as a foreman.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and building systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in active construction environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center construction.
  • Experience supporting automation or robotics installations.
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
  • Mechanical, electrical, or industrial construction experience is a plus.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Projects delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $105,000/year.
  • In addition to cash compensation, this position will also receive generous equity for this position.
