Responsibilities
- Take the lead in managing a two-year-old classroom, including routines and expectations
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Build strong, professional relationships with families and coworkers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed childcare setting (toddler experience required)
- Strong understanding of two-year-old development, routines, and behavior guidance
- Experience in a lead teacher or primary classroom role
- CDA or TCC in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Nice to have
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification (preferred)
