Responsibilities
- This position will also include additional responsibilities within the Guest Services department to support the team's overall functions.
- This position is a sales-forward role, and the ideal candidate will be highly proactive in growing and developing school-season bookings.
Requirements

- (i) be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
- Other duties as required by immediate supervisor.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, customer service oriented, have effective phone skills and be a clear communicator.
- Must be familiar with the ministry strategy and mission of Young Life.
Nice to have
- A four-year college degree preferred.
- Training in hospitality preferred.
Compensation
- In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is outlined below.
- This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the United States.
- The anticipated annual salary for this position can range from $ 37,000 - $ 46,000 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
