About the role

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on Clutch's marketplace economics and company performance.

Lead the development and evolution of Clutch's pricing strategy across vehicle acquisition, retail, wholesale, and export channels
Design and run A/B pricing experiments to test and improve pricing strategies
Refine pricing curves using current and historical market data to optimize conversion and profitability
Support inventory mix and disposition decisions by evaluating expected turn, GPU, and risk exposure
Partner with Data Engineering, Operations, and Finance to build scalable reporting and ensure pricing insights drive operational decisions
Proven track record of translating data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business impact

7-10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or a related role in a data-driven or high-growth environment
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
Ability to operate at both the strategic and operational level in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses into clear recommendations
