Responsibilities
- The Director - Strategy and Institutional Intelligence provides operational leadership for the College's institutional intelligence, analytics, performance management, and strategic initiative support functions.
- The position supports implementation of the College's strategic priorities through performance measurement, institutional analysis, and decision-support activities.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in college planning, institutional research, analytics, or related functions
- Experience with data governance, data quality, institutional reporting, or enterprise information management practices.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, organizational performance, academic administration, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional initiatives and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups.

Compensation
- Pay Rate: $109,100 - $128,300 per year.
