Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Budget Management Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within agreed-upon limits.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Team Leadership Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site workers.
- Collaboration & Communication Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Familiarity with pre-construction, scope development and cost estimating.
- Prior experience managing construction projects on active military bases or other Department of Defense installations is strongly preferred.
