Supports local market development events hosted by our sales and marketing teams. Includes partnering with sales reps to coordinate resources to ensure events are well executed
Assists in coordinating for Intuitive's mobile system program to efficiently and effectively support sales events and marketing symposia
Maintains inventory of instruments and accessories and coordinates shipments to/from sales and marketing events throughout the country
Support the execution of recurring quarterly deliverables such as reporting packages, performance reports, and dashboard/tool updates
the government's licensing process can take 3 to 6+ months) or (ii) implement a Technology Control Plan ("TCP") (note: typically adds 2 weeks to the hiring process).

Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
orientation to resolve problems for the customer and ability to gain a yes
Ability to multitask and seamlessly move from task to task in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency
ability to edit and update Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Tableau, SQL, Snowflake and Salesforce
Strong English language skills. ability to articulate and communicate (both written and verbal) in a way others can easily understand using different communication methods
Ability to be level headed and resilient while resolving conflict
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Occasional travel may be required
2-4 years of relevant work experience

Bachelor's degree required
Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field with relevant job experience a plus
Prior logistics experience a plus
Experience with data visualization tools and data querying (Tableau, SQL) a plus
