About the role

We are hiring a Founding GTM operator to work directly with the founding team as one of our first business hires.

Partner with the founding team to turn Baton's sales motion into a repeatable GTM engine across outbound, pipeline generation, content, partnerships, and customer expansion.
Build the systems and internal tools behind that motion, using AI and automation to eliminate manual work wherever possible.
Take on high-priority projects that sit between functions: define the problem, create the plan, coordinate the right people, and drive the work to completion.

2-4 years of experience in startups, consulting, finance, investing, operations, or growth.
You can turn messy information into a simple narrative.

Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI company.
Exposure to solutions engineering, implementation, professional services, or enterprise software.
Experience with outbound, partnerships, events, content, or founder-led sales.
