Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technicians and sales associates
- Drive store performance, exceed sales goals, and celebrate wins
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
- Keep operations running smoothly - manage inventory, workflow, and team scheduling
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in phone/computer repair (hardware and software)
- Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A love for tech and a passion for helping people
- Drive to lead by example and create a fun, productive workplace
Nice to have
- 1+ year of leadership experience - retail leadership is a big plus
Compensation
- $17/hour base pay + monthly bonus plan (uncapped earnings!)
