Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Payments based in Canada.
This role offers the opportunity to define and lead the future of a critical payments ecosystem within a high-growth SaaS environment.
You will own the product strategy and roadmap for payments, influencing how businesses and end users experience financial transactions.
The position combines strategic product leadership, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams.

Define and own the payments product strategy and roadmap, establishing priorities for the next 18-24 months.
Lead collaboration across engineering, design, product, and business teams to deliver impactful payment experiences.
Partner with senior leadership to transform complex challenges into actionable plans, priorities, and trade-offs.

5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on payments.
Experience defining product strategy and driving execution in ambiguous environments.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
Curiosity and experience applying AI tools to improve personal productivity and decision-making.

Experience working with Stripe or similar payment platforms is highly preferred.

Competitive annual salary range of approximately $146,400 to $228,600, based on experience, skills, and growth level.
