A sharp understanding of diverse business functions, allowing you to easily pivot between evaluating the technical and soft skills required for GTM and leadership roles.

Prior experience in headhunting or executive search (agency background) is preferred, giving you the grit, resilience, and advanced sourcing toolkit needed to land hard-to-reach talent.
