- The majority of our calls consist of taking donations for PBS and NPR stations; however, we also have additional project types as well.

- Donation calls are similar to taking orders over the phone with the exception of the terminology involved.
- If you have experience taking orders, reading and following script s and independently preparing for the calls you take, these types of calls should be easy for you!
