About the role
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet brand standards
- Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflow management

- Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and quality
- Support hands ‑ on cleaning tasks during high ‑ volume periods
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required; Manager experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing
- Weekend and holiday availability required
