  • As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience across our offices.

Responsibilities

  • Through a combination of workplace coordination, employee engagement, communications, and operational support, this role contributes to creating a positive and productive employee experience.
  • Support workplace operations for Chicago, Coppell, and Las Vegas.
  • Partner with building management, security teams, and service providers to address facility needs and workplace improvements.
  • Maintain office supplies, food and beverage programs, deliveries, inventory management, and workplace amenities.
  • Support workplace safety initiatives, emergency preparedness, and compliance requirements.
  • Support and create meaningful workplace experiences that foster connection, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with the People Team to support onboarding experiences and key employee lifecycle moments.
  • Help maintain a workplace environment that reflects Vivid Seats' culture, values, and employee experience goals.
  • Maintain workplace information, workplace signage, guides, and employee-facing resources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Skills

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring workplaces are safe, functional, organized, and welcoming.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, security access, and vendor relationships across locations.
  • Draft workplace and employee communications that are clear, engaging, and informative.
