In this key role, you independently drive execution, build scalable operational structures, and ensure successful delivery from solution design through commissioning and operational handover in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Lead multiple strategically relevant robotics and automation deployment programs simultaneously-from pre-sales alignment and technical design through implementation, commissioning, and operational handover.
Maintain oversight of both technical integration details and commercial performance, including budgets, margins, resource planning, and schedules.
Identify systemic risks and execution bottlenecks early, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to independently drive issues to resolution.
Analyze recurring operational patterns to drive automation, standardization, and process improvements across deployment and delivery operations.

Completed technical university degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent qualification with significant technical professional experience.
7+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, systems integration, industrial tech, or hardware-software environments.
Strong systems understanding of mechatronic, robotic, or cyber-physical systems, with the ability to abstract complex technical details into executive-level business impact.

Very good English skills (German is a plus).
