Responsibilities

  • Serve as senior Client Relationship Manager and strategic advisor to executive stakeholders across multiple manufacturing sites, developing long-term facility management strategies aligned with client business objectives and expansion plans.
  • Master multi-site contract scope and proactively manage service delivery to exceed commitments while identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, drive cost savings, and lead vendor consolidation initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and business development by identifying scope expansion opportunities, leading complex service transitions, championing new technologies, and mentoring junior managers in client relationship management.
  • This role ensures the JLL team-including employees and third-party partners-delivers comprehensive facility management and workplace services that maintain safe, code-compliant, functional, comfortable, energy-efficient, and attractive facilities and site infrastructure across complex manufacturing operations.
  • This position manages gray area (GAP) maintenance projects and capital improvement programs per client specifications and timelines, while championing cost-competitive and resource-efficient delivery methods for both high-volume small-dollar projects and strategic capital initiatives.
  • The role embeds a culture of safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across new and established manufacturing sites while mentoring and developing facility management teams.
  • Champion a "Safety First" culture enterprise-wide while serving as senior compliance leader, ensuring rigorous adherence to all EHS, GxP, SLA, KPI, and regulatory requirements across JLL teams and vendor partners in GMP manufacturing environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Life Sciences facility management experience with demonstrated leadership in GMP manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing, scaling, and optimizing operations at multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Proven experience leading capital planning, major renovation projects, and facility expansion initiatives.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and facility management technology platforms.
  • Strategic vendor management experience including contract negotiations, performance management, and partnership development.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional internal and external customer service aligned with JLL's Client Focus value.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
  • Executive presence with ability to represent JLL at the highest levels of client organizations.

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Engineering Management, or related field)
  • Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent
