- This role provides hands-on exposure to contract operations, data management, and business analytics within a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize contract files and documentation within our contract repository and CLM system.
- Support year-end contract repository audits and cleanup efforts to ensure complete and accurate records.
- Partner with the Contract Coordinator to develop and maintain contract dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Contract Management and Procurement team as needed.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Preferred
- Interest in contract management, finance, operations, or procurement.

- Position Overview
- BGBx is seeking a Fall Intern to support our Contract Management team with contract administration, data maintenance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- This internship is offered for academic credit only and is intended for students who are eligible to receive internship credit through their college or university.
- This internship will run from September- December 2026.
